Who would you be?
We are looking for beginners who can understand customer’s business process and configure business processes in ezee platform. Immediate joiners or people who can join in less than 10 days will be preferred. You will be rewarded with an attractive compensation plus incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the platform and become a subject matter expert (SME) in platform capabilities
- Understand customer’s business requirements
- Implement process in our platform based as per business requirements
- Test and certify configured process in the platform
- Assist with post-delivery user support to client teams
- Communicate progress updates and risks to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 0-2 years of experience as business analyst
- Passionate about using technology to drive significant operational benefits
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and planning/organization skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and be adaptable to change.
- Highly motivated and driven with an ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Strong analytical, design and consultative skills.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
